Roman Johnson

Roman Johnson is an Executive Assistant at Main Street Advisors, providing high-level executive support to the firm’s Head of Portfolio Value Creation and Principal of Direct Investments. In this capacity, Roman partners closely with senior leadership, supporting complex workflows across portfolio valuation, direct investment activities, and firm operations.

Before joining MSA in 2021, Roman was with Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, where he supported executives within Investor Relations. There, he assisted with capital-raising efforts, investor communications, and fund operations, gaining exposure to institutional investment processes and private equity fund management.

Roman holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
