Roman Johnson

Roman Johnson is an Executive Assistant at Main Street Advisors, where he provides high-level executive support to the firm’s Partner and General Counsel, as well as the Head of Portfolio Value Creation and Principal of Direct Investments. In this role, Roman partners closely with senior leadership, supporting complex, cross-functional workflows spanning portfolio valuation, direct investment activity, and firm-wide operations. He is known for his ability to manage highly sensitive matters, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and bring structure and clarity to fast-moving investment environments.

Prior to joining Main Street Advisors in 2021, Roman was with Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, where he supported executives within the Investor Relations group. There, he contributed to capital-raising initiatives, investor communications, and fund operations, gaining exposure to institutional investment processes and private equity fund management.

Roman holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
