Olivia Greenberg

Olivia Greenberg is a Vice President at MSA. In this role she focuses on sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring private equity investments, incubations, and client advisory services.

Prior to joining MSA in 2025, Olivia worked at The Chernin Group (TCG), a growth equity firm investing in media and passion-driven consumer brands. Prior to TCG, she worked at Netflix on the Content Strategy& Analysis team, advising the Original Film and Original Series teams on programming and deal decisions. She started her career at BDT Capital Partners, executing advisory and investment transactions for family-owned and operated businesses. Olivia earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with General Honors from The University of Chicago.
