Michelle Lam

Michelle Lam is an Associate at MSA. In this role, she focuses on sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring private equity investments, incubations, and client advisory services.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Michelle was an Analyst in the Healthcare investment banking group at Goldman Sachs, where she advised clients on strategic initiatives including M&A transactions and capital raises. Michelle graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
