Max Wear

Max Wear is an Associate on the Portfolio Strategies & Alternatives team at MSA. In this role, he evaluates investment opportunities, conducts diligence, and supports portfolio management across asset classes for client portfolio.

Prior to joining MSA in 2025, Max was a Senior Associate with the business valuations practice at Ernst & Young where he conducted valuations, forecasts, and other financial analyses for major corporate clients.

Max is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration.
