Liv Mayorga-Overtone

Liv Mayorga-Overtone is the Director of Human Resources at MSA. In this role, she leads talent strategy, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations at the Firm.

Prior to joining Main Street Advisors, Liv served as the Director of Human Resources at Irradiant Partners, a Santa Monica-based investment firm. At Irradiant, she led all aspects of the firm’s HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, DEI, and HR compliance. Prior to this, Liv spent seven years at CIM Group in a range of roles spanning legal compliance and HR program management. She received her Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and her bachelor’s degree from Pacific University, Oregon. Liv is SHRM-CP certified and active in several professional HR organizations.
