Justine Harris

Justine Harris is an Executive Assistant at MSA. In this role she provides executive administrative support to the firm’s Head of Private Equity.

Prior to joining Main Street Advisors in 2026 Justine was an executive assistant at Lightbay Capital in Los Angeles, where she managed complex calendars in a team driven environment. Before then Justine was an administrative assistant at Fortress Investment Group, where she focused on high volume travel, personal assistance, and expertly navigated high-velocity document management and closing administration, ensuring accuracy and speed across fast-paced deal cycles.

Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Riverside.
