Jenny Yapp

Jenny Yapp is Deputy General Counsel at MSA. In this role she is responsible for legal, compliance and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining MSA in 2021, Jenny was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis where her practice focused on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance matters. Before law school, Jenny was a CPA in the Insurance Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in the audits of public and private insurance companies. Jenny received a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
