Jenny Yapp

Prior to joining Main Street Advisors in 2021, Jenny was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis where her practice focused on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance matters. Before law school, Jenny was a CPA in the Insurance Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in the audits of public and private insurance companies. Jenny received her BA from Georgetown University and her JD from Harvard Law School.
