Jay Potts

Jay Potts is a Partner & Chief Financial Officer at MSA. In this role, he is responsible for all financial, accounting, and tax matters at the Firm.

Prior to joining MSA in 2014, Jay was an auditor in the Asset Management Group at Rothstein Kass (now KPMG) where he was responsible for managing the audit process of multiple clients in the venture capital, private equity, hedge fund, broker dealer and entertainment. Jay’s career began at McGladrey where he managed the audits of banks and credit unions. Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
