Elizabeth Donovan

Elizabeth Donovan is Head of Investor Relations at MSA. In this role, she leads investor relations and capital formation for the firm’s private equity fund and works across MSA’s broader direct investment platform. She partners closely with the investment team on co-investments, direct investment opportunities and select incubations, while developing strategic relationships with institutional investors and other capital partners.

Prior to joining MSA, Elizabeth led fundraising and investor relations at Left Lane Capital, a global growth equity firm focused on consumer and internet businesses. Previously, she was a member of William Blair’s Financial Sponsors Group, where she focused on GP-led transactions. Prior to William Blair, Elizabeth was a product specialist within Deutsche Bank’s alternatives platform, developing bespoke private markets solutions for corporations. She began her career at Duff & Phelps, where she focused on intellectual property valuations.

Elizabeth graduated from DePaul University with double honors in Finance and Economics.
