David Li

David Li is a Controller at MSA. In this role, he oversees financial reporting, tax matters, and operational accounting at the Firm.

Prior to joining Main Street Advisors, David worked at Greenoaks Capital, a venture capital firm that makes long-term investments in technology enabled businesses, where he focused on financial reporting, tax related matters, and trade operations. He started his career with the Financial Services Tax team at Ernst & Young, specializing in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, and Hedge Fund clients. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
