Chris Tan

Chris Tan is a Senior Associate at MSA. In this role, he focuses on sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring private equity investments, incubations, and client advisory services.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Chris was an Analyst in the Consumer & Retail investment banking group at William Blair & Co., where he advised clients on strategic initiatives including M&A transactions and capital raises. Chris graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting.
