Anne Sheng

Anne Sheng is an Associate at MSA. In this role she focuses on sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring private equity investments, incubations, and client advisory services.

Prior to joining the firm in 2026 Anne was an Analyst in the Diversified Industries investment banking group at Barclays where she advised clients on strategic initiatives including M&A transaction and capital raises. Before Barclays Anne began her career in the Mergers and Acquisitions investment banking team at CIBC Capital Markets.

Anne graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics.
